What is the difference between Postpaid and Prepaid?
- Prepaid: Load anytime you want, even while your current subscription is still running. Flexible and pay-as-you-go.
- Postpaid: No need to reload. Continuous service billed monthly, with payment due after one month of use.

Is there a free trial?
- Postpaid: No upfront fee. After installation, you can use your internet immediately and pay after your first month.
- Prepaid: Comes with a 7-day free trial. Load anytime you want and enjoy flexible, pay-as-you-go service.

How much is the installation fee?
A one-time installation fee applies depending on your selected plan:
- ₱1,800: For plans ₱999 – ₱1,299
- ₱2,100: For plans ₱1,499 – ₱1,999 (includes upgraded Wi-Fi 6 modem for faster and more stable connection)
Note: Higher plans come with upgraded technology for better performance and wider coverage.

How to make a payment?
You can choose from the following payment options for your convenience:
- Over-the-Counter: Pay directly at our office.
- Online (Payment Gateway): Pay through our website by logging in to your Kurifast account. You can also generate your Statement of Account (SOA) there.
- GCash: Send your payment via GCash and submit your receipt to our official Facebook page along with your account name and account number.

How to Troubleshoot Your Internet Connection?
If you are experiencing internet issues, follow these steps:
- Check Account Status: Ensure your account is active and has no overdue balance.
- Check Power Light: The power light should be steady green. If not, check the power plug and cables.
- Check PON Light: Make sure the patch cord is securely connected to both the modem and Optical Outlet. The PON light should be steady green.
- Check Wi-Fi Light: The WLAN (2.4GHz/5GHz) light should be blinking or steady green. Turn ON Wi-Fi if it is off.
- Check Internet Light: The internet light should be blinking, indicating an active connection.
If lights are abnormal, restart the modem (OFF for 5 minutes, then ON). Still no internet? Message Kurifast on Messenger. Restoration may take up to 36 hours.
⚠️ Note: Pressing the reset button will erase your modem configuration.
